Jeffery T. Clarke, CPA

Jeff Clarke is a licensed CPA in North Dakota. He received his B.S. from North Dakota State University in 1997 and completed his CPA certification in 1999. Jeff has been providing tax and accounting services in the Williston Basin since 2001. Prior to opening Clarke & Associates, PC, Jeff was the Controller of an oil & gas service company and as well worked part-time preparing a variety of income tax returns for farmers, businesses, professionals, and oil & gas clients. Jeff worked full-time with Brady Martz & Associates in Williston prior to 2011.
Jeff enjoys being active in the community. He has been involved with numerous nonprofit boards and organizations. including president of Basin United Way, and treasurer of the Williston Basin Skating Club. In addition to being a CPA, Jeff has been a volunteer firefighter for the Williston Rural Fire Protection District since 2005.
Jeff enjoys watching hockey, as well as hunting, fishing and spending time with his three daughters.
